1. Who We Are

Welcome to RitualTrack ("App"), which is owned and operated by VanVelzen Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Paphos, Cyprus. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Information You Provide: When you create an account, we collect your email address for identification. We also store the ritual and reflection data you create — your rituals, practice logs, and journal entries.
• Information We Collect Automatically: The RitualTrack website uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve the site. The app sends a small, first-party set of product events to Supabase, such as opening the app, completing onboarding, starting or completing a practice, and viewing the Journal. These events use an anonymous installation identifier before sign-in and may be associated with your account after sign-in. They include only approved technical and funnel properties such as app version, platform, operating-system version, locale, and acquisition source when available. They do not include ritual titles or steps, reflections, email addresses, or other free text.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the service (sync your data), improve our app (fix bugs), and communicate with you (support requests). We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. How We Store and Share Your Information

We use trusted third-party services. Account data, rituals, practice logs, and reflections are stored securely using Supabase. The app's privacy-safe product events are also stored in Supabase, with raw events retained for up to 12 months before deletion; aggregate reports may be retained longer. Subscription purchases are processed by supported app stores and RevenueCat. Website analytics are processed by Google Analytics, which may collect information such as device, browser, approximate location, and pages visited. We do not use an advertising SDK in the app.

5. Your Data Rights (GDPR)

As we are based in the EU, you have the right to Access, Rectify, and Erase your data. To exercise these rights, email us at support@ritualtrack.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.
